Welcome to Doaddon. By accessing or using our Intelligent Email Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully; they govern the relationship between you and Doaddon regarding your use of our organization, outreach, and content generation tools.

1. Usage & Responsibilities

Doaddon provides powerful tools for automation and content creation. You agree to use these tools responsibly. You retain full responsibility for the content of your emails and the recipients you contact. Doaddon is an instrument; you are the conductor. We strictly prohibit the use of our outreach features for spam or harassment.

2. Intellectual Property

Content you generate using our AI writing assistants belongs to you. You own your output. Conversely, the underlying software, algorithms, and interface designs remain the exclusive property of Doaddon.

3. Service Reliability

We strive for perfection, but technology is inherently complex. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as we iterate and improve the platform.

4. Limitation of Liability

Please read this section carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Doaddon shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the service.

In no event shall Doaddon’s aggregate liability for all claims relating to the service exceed the total amount of fees, if any, paid by you to Doaddon in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

We provide our tools “as is” to empower your workflow. While we aim to make you more productive and profitable, we cannot assume financial responsibility for your business outcomes beyond the cost of the subscription you maintain with us.

5. Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Due to the high cost of GPU compute and the immediate availability of our AI services, all sales are final and non-refundable.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until your subscription period ends, but we do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Doaddon is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
